Yajuvendra Khajekar
Founder & Director, Fabeminds
Yajuvendra Khajekar is a visionary leader and a results-driven professional with over 23 years of experience across diverse industries, including Operations, Technical Service, and Customer Support in the DTH, Telecom, and Consumer Durables sectors. His expertise lies in driving sustainable growth, spearheading business turnarounds, and enhancing customer experiences through innovative strategies.
An Electrical Engineer (BE) by qualification, Yajuvendra later expanded his expertise by earning a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, equipping him with a unique blend of technical and psychological insights. He has extensive experience in handling a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This combination of skills allows him to address diverse challenges effectively, creating impactful and practical solutions for personal and professional growth.
As the Founder and Director of Fabeminds, Yajuvendra is on a mission to empower counselors, coaches, and educators by providing them with cutting-edge tools, frameworks, and training programs. His deep understanding of psychology and mental health has enabled him to develop unique concepts like eliteMIND and transformative frameworks such as 3C, 4T, and 5M, which are widely recognized in the fields of counseling and personal development.
He is a Certified Master Trainer for the Government of India’s Navchetna Module, specializing in creating trainers and volunteers for drug awareness programs. Yajuvendra has personally trained hundreds of counselors and teachers, impacting thousands of lives by spreading awareness about addiction prevention, mental health, and digital wellness.
With a keen focus on combating contemporary challenges like digital addiction, he is working on innovative frameworks that integrate psychology, emotional intelligence, and therapeutic approaches to address these issues effectively. His passion for fostering impactful change and his commitment to excellence make him a driving force behind Fabeminds’ success in creating thriving coaching businesses and building healthier communities.

Vaishali Khajekar, the backbone of Fabeminds, is a multifaceted professional whose expertise and dedication power the seamless operations behind the scenes. A Graduate in Computer Science with an MBA in HR, Vaishali has successfully navigated diverse industries, including Human Resources, Insurance, and the Stock Market. Her versatility and unwavering commitment ensure that every aspect of Fabeminds runs smoothly and efficiently.
Vaishali’s passion for Skin and Hair Care, coupled with her profound interest in Reiki and Psychology, adds a unique dimension to her role. Her ability to blend technical precision with a deep understanding of human emotions allows her to support Fabeminds’ mission of empowering counselors, coaches, and individuals.
As the driving force behind Fabeminds’ operations, logistics, and program management, Vaishali works tirelessly to ensure the company’s initiatives are impactful and transformative. Dr. Uttamrao Gaikwad

Dr. Uttamrao Gaikwad was a remarkable medical practitioner, a compassionate visionary, and a relentless servant of society who dedicated his life to making healthcare accessible and affordable. With an unparalleled career in which he served millions of patients, he was deeply committed to alleviating suffering and bringing healing to those in need. His passion to help others went beyond medicine—he sought to create a broader impact on society by addressing the root of human well-being.
Dr. Gaikwad firmly believed that everything begins with the mindset, a philosophy that became the foundational cornerstone of Fabeminds. His vision for a mentally well and emotionally resilient society inspired the organization to focus on holistic mental wellness, empowering individuals to overcome challenges and lead fulfilling lives.
Though no longer with us physically, Dr. Gaikwad’s presence remains a guiding force at Fabeminds, akin to a majestic Vat Vruksha (banyan tree). Like the shade of this grand tree offering solace during scorching heat, his wisdom, values, and enduring legacy provide strength and inspiration to everyone associated with Fabeminds.
